If you have a current or expired Growsafe certificate, you will already have a Growsafe account. Click on 'Forgot password?' Enter your email address as the Username and you will be sent an email to update your password. If you have more than one email in use, for example, home and work, please try both emails.
If this is unsuccessful, email [email protected] with your full name and date of birth requesting your email address be updated.

We encourage you to sign in to our website if you hold a Growsafe certificate.

This will give you access to resources such as NZS 8409:2021 and other resources and training that is only available to certificate holders.

Please note that if you previously had a password for your online renewal, this will not work on this site - you will need to reset your password. But if you had a password for accessing NZS 8409 then that password will continue to work.
